Cancellation Policy

To our amazing clients, Due to an increase in no-shows for booked appointments, we now require a credit card on file for deposit purposes. We understand that at times there are unforeseen circumstances, but we ask that if there is any reason for a client to cancel that they do so at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the credit card left on file. Prices vary per service and are discussed during consultation.
